Internal test harness. Reports are drafts for clinical review; nothing here goes to a patient.

API Playground

Labs and intake in. One Aevum report out.

Choose a report, add the files, and set every input the Biomarker Analysis API accepts. You get the visual report, its Markdown, the gap analysis and the full API response, next to the exact request that produced them.

Server setup

Report template Report_Type

Given to the report writers as the report type. These are the four templates the Aevum website offers; the API takes any text.

Patient files

The lab report and any other documents, exactly as the clinic sent them.

Lab files file_keys
or drop PDF, TXT or CSV files here

Uploaded to object storage when the run starts (POST /api/files/upload), then sent as file_keys. Scanned PDFs are read by Claude vision OCR.

    Paste lab text None

Sent inline as a text file, pasted-labs.txt. Use it when there is no PDF, or to add results the PDF is missing.

    Patient

The intake is the primary input. Everything else about the patient comes from it and the files.

The IP guard screens it before anything else runs. Use a label such as “Patient 1”, never a real name.

    Previous results Previous_Data None

For the longitudinal comparison: the Progress template reads it.

    Report

How deep it goes, how far its recommendations go, its language and look, and the model that writes it.

    Detail depth User_Preference_Level

    Intervention philosophy intervention_philosophy

Every word of both reports is written in it.

    Design design

Writes the clinical report, the protocol rewrite and the visual report (stages 8, 9 and 11). The IP guard stays on Haiku and the searches on Gemini. Per million tokens: Opus 4.8 is $5 in and $25 out, Opus 5.5 is $4 in and $20 out, Sonnet 5.5 is $2 in and $10 out. Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 always think, so their reports get a 64K output limit and a set effort; an Opus 5.5 run takes about 13 minutes.

    Clinic instructions

Optional. The clinic's own voice, and its physician protocols.

    Clinic instructions overall_instructions None

Placed first in the clinical and visual report prompts: tone, emphasis, format.
